ADAM FORBES: (Did well): Pressure and trust (Room for Improvement): Four quarter output.

INSIDER: Tell us about your role and the challenges of being a small forward…

AF: (Role): I start with the pressure, love a turnover goal. (Challenges): limited opportunities to score.

INSIDER: Name the #1 non-negotiable we would expect your new coach, Tony Lockyer, to write first on the white board?

AF: Selfless acts and importance of two way running.

INSIDER: With James Keeble and Hugo Papst gone from the club, do you feel any added pressure or onus on you to kick goals?

AF: No not really. There's plenty of players to cover the losses.

AF: New coach, system approach and compliance.
