BFNL Announces All Junior Netball Interleague Coaches
On the back of the appointment of Deb Hutchinson, Georgia Cann and Damian Mullane the BFNL is excited to announce the remaining coaches of the Junior Netball Interleague Program.
With Hutchinson moving up the ranks an opening has presented itself for Kate McMahon.
Kate has been involved with junior netball for a long time through aligning programs and it is great that she has rejoined the BFNL coaching ranks.
Kate will be in charge of the 15 & Under team in season 2020.
The most thrilling appointment may come from the youngest grade with long time Lake Wendouree players Kara Hart and Courtney McLean taking the reigns.
Hart has been a consistent player at senior interleague level and combining her on court skills with her leadership qualities she is an outstanding candidate for junior interleague.
McLean is also a well known name and face of the BFNL and will be able to pass on her knowledge of the attacking end.
Hart and McLean will be an excellent combination for the 13 & Unders in season 2020.
BFNL Netball Manager Kim Bailey was elated with the 2020 coaching appointments.
"I am really excited about the calibre of coaches we have involved in the 2020 program," Bailey said.
The BFNL interleague program has become one of the leading pathways for junior players looking towards state teams and it would not be possible without our volunteer coaches.
